做炸酱面的环节里,只有做炸酱这道程序是比较费时费力,其实我们蛮可以一次多做些炸酱,吃不完可以放置冰箱里冷藏,待要吃炸酱面的时候,只要将炸酱在微波炉里加热就可以了。

    Steps to make 家常版炸酱面

    • 1.面条
    • 2.黄瓜丝
    • 3.葱、蒜沫
    • 4.肉沫
    • 5.黄豆酱、生抽
    • 6.将黄酱倒入一容器中,由于酱很稠密,先用生抽将黄酱稀释;
    • 7.将均匀稀释好的黄酱放置备用;
    • 8.锅中加油,将葱末、蒜末放入锅中小火煽香
    • 9.再加入肉沫小火炒制;
    • 10.将肉里面的猪油慢慢炒出、炒香
    • 11.5、待肉沫炒香后倒入稀释好的黄酱;
    • 12.用小火慢慢炒制,必须要炒制出红油为好;
    • 13.再加入开水,慢慢熬煮;
    • 14.直到将炸酱熬制粘稠;
    • 15.将面条煮好后,放入黄瓜丝和炸酱即可。
