Steps to make 红丝绒戚风

  • 1.蛋清、蛋黄分离,分别放入无油无水的容器中。
  • 2.蛋黄中加入牛奶、玉米油和10克白糖搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉和红曲粉。
  • 4.翻拌均匀备用。
  • 5.蛋清中加入60克糖和几滴白醋。
  • 6.用打蛋器打至蛋清能够拉出小三角。
  • 7.取3分之1打发好的蛋清,放入蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀。
  • 8.将拌好的蛋糊倒入剩下的蛋清中。
  • 9.翻拌均匀。
  • 10.将蛋糊倒入模具中,用力振出气泡。
  • 11.烤箱预热155度,下层烤40分钟。
  • 12.烤好的蛋糕倒扣在烤网上,晾凉后脱模即可。
  • 13.没来得及拍照就被熊孩子吃了一角,切开内部组织还是很细腻的。
