Steps to make 秋葵山药炒蟹味菇

  • 1.食材准备:蟹味菇,山药,秋葵,小米辣
  • 2.山药去皮切成方粒,然后入沸水中煮到9成熟。水里要加盐,因为山药方粒比较不容易入味
  • 3.9成熟捞起,过凉水冲去粘液,使菜品更加清爽
  • 4.蟹味菇切掉根部,洗干净备用
  • 5.秋葵切成段备用
  • 6.炒纯素蔬菜用点猪油会更加添香,所以我用的是植物油跟猪油混合,比例1:1 吃素的或者觉得猪油不健康的,这一步可以省去,直接放植物油
  • 7.放点姜片爆香
  • 8.放入三种食材,及少量盐(前面的山药煮时已经放过盐,所以要控制好盐量)一起炒至熟
  • 9. 起锅前下红色小米辣提色,接着将放了鸡精的生粉水芡汁缓慢倒入
  • 10.炒匀装盘即可
  • 11.健康爽脆咸鲜
