  • 1.主料:海蛎子肉300克
  • 2.副料:面粉100克、鸡蛋2枚
  • 3.将面粉 鸡蛋 温水 盐 食用油混合搅拌均匀,成面粉糊,用勺子舀起时成一条线为好
  • 4.海蛎子肉洗净后,将海蛎子肉放入面粉糊中,让蛎子肉沾满面粉糊
  • 5.锅中做油烧成8成热时,将沾满面粉糊的海蛎子肉放入油锅进行炸制,炸制外表金黄色就好,吃时撒上椒盐即可
