蓝莓酸奶冰淇淋
夏日里如果没有冰淇淋的相伴我会觉得这个夏天不够完整有小小的遗憾,所以家里冰箱固定一层是冰淇淋的专属,尤其是自制冰淇淋以来,市售的对我已不再有任何吸引力,自家出产的冰淇淋不仅可以按自已的口味随意调整而且口感绝对更胜一筹,真材实料带来的香浓感受的确不同。
继上次的香草冰淇淋之后再做了这款蓝莓酸奶冰淇淋,这个方法更方便快捷,没有蛋黄的成份也适合对蛋黄敏感的朋友,全程只需称量和搅拌,再就是耐心等待蓝莓和酸奶的美妙组合了。

  • 酸奶240g
  • 淡奶油240g
  • 白糖100g
  • 柠檬汁5ML
  • 蓝莓一小盒

Steps to make 蓝莓酸奶冰淇淋

  • 1.准备好材料,提前将冰淇淋的内桶放进冰箱冷冻室冷冻15小时以上
  • 2.淡奶油倒入盆中。
  • 3.加入酸奶。
  • 4.加入一小勺的浓缩柠檬汁。
  • 5.加入白糖。
  • 6.取1/2的蓝莓用搅拌机打成果泥加入冰淇淋糊中,余下蓝莓直接加入。
  • 7.搅拌均匀的冰淇淋糊倒入冰淇淋内桶中。
  • 8.盖好上盖开动搅拌浆,25分钟左右软质的冰淇淋就做好了
  • 9.冰淇淋机直接做出的冰淇淋是比较软的口感,如果喜欢比较扎实紧密的,就装入保鲜盒再放入冰箱冷冻2个小时左右。
