  • 番茄沙司2勺
  • 生抽2勺

Steps to make 红酒烹虾

  • 1.将虾剪净须脚、虾枪。
  • 2.虾从背部第二节剪开挑除泥肠,洗净。
  • 3.葱姜蒜洗净切碎末待用。
  • 4.将葡萄酒3勺、番茄沙司2勺、生抽1勺、白糖2勺、盐少许混合均匀,调成味汁。
  • 5.锅置火上少许油,用小火烧至五成热,下入虾,翻煎两面。
  • 6.约5分钟后放入蒜末、姜末、蒜末,继续煎。
  • 7.煎至九分熟,倒入味汁。
  • 8.继续煎翻两面至熟.
  • 9.出锅装盘,撒上葱末即可。
