红烧带鱼

  • 八角2个
  • 酱油1勺
  • 淀粉半碗
  • 香葱3颗
  • 料酒一勺

Steps to make 红烧带鱼

  • 1.食材。
  • 2.带鱼去除内脏腹黑洗净切成小块,葱切段,姜切片,蒜切片。
  • 3.把带鱼用厨房纸擦干水分,然后放入淀粉中沾上一层薄薄的淀粉。
  • 4.全部裹上淀粉完毕。
  • 5.锅中倒入适量的食用油烧至六七成热。
  • 6.放入带鱼,小火煎至两面金黄色。
  • 7.等煎至金黄色再翻面继续煎至金黄色。
  • 8.加入葱姜蒜和八角爆香。
  • 9.加入料酒。
  • 10.加入酱油(生抽)。
  • 11.加入开水,没过食材即可。
  • 12.大火烧开后转小火炖煮10分钟。
  • 13.煮炖汤汁浓稠时加入盐调味,转大火收汁即可。
  • 14.成品图。
