今天本来想做北海道吐司的 结果找不到合适的模具 只能拿5寸模具做啦不过感觉不错。这几天太忙了……做月饼做了好多没时间拍太多图啦

  • 淡奶油32.5克
  • 酵母2克
  • 黄油11克
  • 20克
  • 1克
  • 鸡蛋12克
  • 玉米6个

Steps to make 北海道面包

  • 1.除黄油外揉成团后加入黄油
  • 2.放在温暖处发酵到两倍大戳后不回缩
  • 3.均匀分成两个后搓圆静置20多分钟
  • 4.和吐司一样处理后中间切开
  • 5.放入烤箱发酵 发酵好后刷鸡蛋液 放入预热165度的烤箱中烤35分钟
  • 6.考完后满屋瓢香奶味十足捏
