Steps to make 荷香玉米蒸排骨

  • 1.排骨剁成等长的段,用温水洗干净,沥干水。
  • 2.依次分别放入少许金兰酱油。
  • 3.放入少许盐。
  • 4.放入少许黑胡椒粒。
  • 5.放入少许蒜蓉酱。
  • 6.放入姜丝。
  • 7.再加入薄荷叶拌匀,放入冰箱保鲜腌制4小时左右。
  • 8.糯米提前泡发4小时备用。
  • 9.荷叶清洗干净备用。
  • 10.玉米洗净剁成块备用。
  • 11.腌好的排骨,放入少许生粉抓匀。
  • 12.再均匀的裹上泡发好的糯米。
  • 13.荷叶铺入蒸笼里,依次放入裹好的糯米排骨和玉米段。
  • 14.最后包上荷叶。
  • 15.锅里注水放入蒸笼,大火蒸40分钟至熟即可。
