  • 1.蔓越莓麦芬蛋糕材料。我用的蔓越莓干是有糖可以直接吃的,所以大家在放糖时可以看情况而定,如果是没有味道的蔓越莓干,可以多放些白砂糖。
  • 2.去一个大碗,倒入牛奶
  • 3.倒入植物油(如果你不喜欢太油,可以适量减少5g左右)
  • 4.倒入鸡蛋
  • 5.用打蛋器搅拌均匀
  • 6.再取一个大碗将低粉、泡打粉筛入,加入盐,糖
  • 7.加入蔓越莓干(剪碎),搅拌均匀
  • 8.将7倒入8之中。当干湿两种混合物没有混合在一起的时候,它们可以各自保存较长时间,但一旦混合,就必须马上烘焙,否则会影响麦芬的膨发。
  • 9.搅拌到干性材料全部湿润即可。此时面糊看上去粗糙且多块,但也不要再继续搅拌了。
  • 10.1.立即装入模具,1/2-2/3满,表面抹平(翻糖用,平时可随意),放入预热好的烤箱烘焙。2.如果只是单纯的做蛋糕体,可在表面放些蔓越莓干做装饰用。3.200度,中层,25分钟左右。在20分钟左右可以用牙签测试下是否有烤透,具体情况视自家烤箱而定。
