  • 牛奶250ml
  • 芝士炼乳65g
  • 鸡蛋3颗
  • 70ml
  • 白砂糖70g

Steps to make 藜麦焦糖布丁

  • 1.食材准备。
  • 2.开下藜麦,煮18分钟捞出沥水备用。
  • 3.碗中打入3颗鸡蛋、搅匀。
  • 4.碗中倒入牛奶、淡奶油。
  • 5.与炼乳搅拌均匀。
  • 6.锅中倒水,下入白砂糖,小火熬糖至起泡微微变黄。
  • 7.将熬制好的焦糖倒至碗底。
  • 8.将煮好的藜麦米平铺至焦糖上。
  • 9.将过筛后的混合液倒入碗中。
  • 10.放入蒸锅,中火中火蒸20分出锅。
  • 11.焦糖布丁出锅咯。
