端午粽飘香——传统红枣糯米粽
近两年每逢端午节来临,我都提前买好粽叶,准备下糯米、枣、豆之类的食材,动手包些粽子送给亲友,他们也都很喜欢,连连称赞自己包的粽子好吃!不仅吃得放心,更加吃着开心吧!距离端午还有一个月时,就都期待着我包的粽子咯!呵呵,今年端午照例不能让大家失望啊,咱抓紧行动起来吧!

    Steps to make 端午粽飘香——传统红枣糯米粽

    • 1.将糯米洗净,提前浸泡一晚。
    • 2.红枣洗净,稍微浸泡下,使其变软。
    • 3.将买来的粽叶刷洗几遍,入凉水煮沸,保持煮开约20分钟。捞出放入水中浸泡一夜(水量没过粽叶),用时提前取出控干水分。
    • 4.准备好小块的冰糖。
    • 5.准备包制:取一片完整的粽叶,如图折叠好。
    • 6.放入适量糯米,3枚红枣和几粒冰糖。(甜度自己掌握哦)
    • 7.再盖上一层糯米,压紧实。
    • 8.将粽叶的两端保持交叠,反向折回盖在糯米上,且一定要压紧实。这是调整粽子形状,保证不漏米的关键步骤。
    • 9.最后调整粽叶末端,多余部分可剪掉,用棉线捆扎结实。
    • 10.热水下锅,水量一定要没过粽子!开锅后保持中大火1小时,再转小火焖煮1小时即可。
    • 11.煮好的粽子比较烫,吃之前最好捞出晾一下。
    • 12.剥开一个,很光滑晶莹吧!
    • 13.看看粽子里面,是不是更加诱人了呀!呵呵~这种传统的红枣糯米粽可是很多人的最爱呢!
