Steps to make 黑芝麻糊

  • 1.黑芝麻洗净后小火炒熟。开始跳起来有噼里啪啦声音是熟了,大约十几分钟左右。
  • 2.小火把糯米粉炒熟,微黄。糯米粉的量是黑芝麻一半。
  • 3.黑芝麻和冰糖一起放破壁机里,搅拌功能3档10秒钟左右。
  • 4.打开盖子,加糯米粉进去,继续打10秒钟左右。若不加糯米粉、或打久了,会出油粘在一起。
  • 5.放置冷却。
  • 6.装罐保存,食用时直接取适量用开水冲泡即可。若做汤圆馅料,用黄油(或食用油)炒后团成圆形即可。
