韩式辣炒年糕
看了太多韩剧,常常出现辣炒年糕,糯糯的年糕条配上又酸又甜的汤汁。在有些寒冷的冬天,来上一盘,整个身体都会暖起来的。。。

  • 白菜4、5片
  • 白芝麻少许
  • 大蒜少许

Steps to make 韩式辣炒年糕

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.年糕分切好;洋葱洗净、切条;胡萝卜洗净、去皮、切丝;白菜也切宽条;
  • 3.年糕先在加有少许食盐的沸水煮2分钟(稍软),捞出过凉水,可以年糕更容易煮入味,与后面步骤的更好的拌匀,缩短配菜一起煮的时间,更好保证了配菜的口感;
  • 4.倒少许油,微炒香洋葱、胡萝卜(一般的韩式辣炒年糕,都是水煮的,但自己觉得炒下更香);
  • 5.加白菜简单的炒下,加入足够的水量(淹没配菜),(水多点,年糕煮久点,够入味,看个人喜好);
  • 6.水烧开,加上适量的韩式辣椒酱(个人喜好加减),拌匀至辣椒酱化开;熬煮开,汤汁变红色,加入年糕,拌匀煮;一直煮到汤汁收开浓稠为止;
  • 7.这里推荐在煮年糕的时候,加入点蒜粒,更好吃!
  • 8.起锅后,撒一点点白芝麻,又香、又好看!!!
