  • 洋葱1/4个
  • 核桃10克
  • 腰果10克
  • 黑橄榄5个
  • 香菜1棵
  • 1瓣
  • 迷迭香少许

Steps to make 红米拌饭

  • 1.准备好所需材料。
  • 2.红米淘洗放入电饭煲煮熟,然后稍晾凉;
  • 3.番茄洗净入烤箱烤15分钟,然后去皮切小丁;
  • 4.核桃、腰果烤3-5分钟,然后压碎些;(略炒一下也可以)
  • 5.洋葱切小丁;橄榄切圈;蒜切末;香菜切小段;
  • 6.大碗里把腰果、核桃、橄榄、番茄丁、甜菜根丁加点油混合搅拌;
  • 7.热油锅,先把洋葱炒软,加入蒜末,撒一点儿迷迭香;
  • 8.炒好的洋葱倒入大碗里拌匀;
  • 9.倒入红米饭,加盐、胡椒粉调味拌匀,撒上香菜即可。
