很柔软的一款面包,加了肠仔口感更丰富,再撒点葱花就完美咯~

  • 高粉180g
  • 低粉40g
  • 奶粉8g
  • 黄油30g
  • 白砂糖45g
  • 全蛋液25g
  • 1.25ml
  • 酵母5ml
  • 全蛋液(刷表面)少许
  • 脆皮肠8条
  • 100g

Steps to make 肠仔包

  • 1.出黄油的材料先放入面包桶,揉至无干粉状态再加入软化的黄油,揉至可拉出薄膜即可
  • 2.将面团揉圆后放回面包桶,启动发酵程序,50分钟, 发至2—2.5倍大后取出
  • 3.将面团揉匀排气,分割成8分,醒15分钟
  • 4.取一份,搓成长条
  • 5.从两边卷起,捏紧接口处
  • 6.摆入烤盘,中间放入脆皮肠,进行第二次发酵(温度35℃以上,湿度80%以上),放入烤箱中层,在烤箱最底层放一盘热开水
  • 7.发至2倍大后刷上蛋液,挤上沙拉酱
  • 8.入烤箱,上下火170度,烤15分钟左右,取出放凉后脱模即可
