法棍
这是我第一次尝试做法棍面包,
特别喜欢它那表皮脆硬有嚼劲的口感,
只有四种材料,面粉、盐、酵母和水,
简单的材料做出来的味道很香很丰富,
第二天将法棍切片,烤个蒜香面包片,
快捷美味的早餐,十分钟就能搞定,
对于我们上班族,尤其是还要早起做早餐,
送娃上学的煮妇来说,这是很好的选择。

Steps to make 法棍

  • 1.将所有材料揉成团,且表面光滑,盖上保鲜膜,进行第一次发酵90分钟;
  • 2.取出面团,将面团左右对折;
  • 3.再上下对折;
  • 4.面团放入容器后,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏4个小时,取出回温1小时;
  • 5.面团分割成三份,整成橄榄型;
  • 6.放进法棍模上松弛20分钟,进行最后发酵;
  • 7.发酵40分钟,至提交再次膨胀成2倍大,用锋利的刀片在面团表面割5个斜口子;
  • 8.在面团表面喷水;
  • 9.面团表面筛上面粉;
  • 10.烤箱预热220度,中层上下火,烤25分钟;
  • 11.烘烤期间隔5分钟往烤箱内壁、面团上喷一次水;
  • 12.面包上色即可出炉,放凉。(首次挑战忘记拍照了,这是第二次做的时候拍的)
