  • 1.把玉米洗干净,切段,备用
  • 2.锅中加水1000克,加入姜2克,料酒20克,大火烧煮
  • 3.煮开后,撇去浮沫
  • 4.煮至排骨变色,捞出
  • 5.捞出的排骨,冲洗干净,备用
  • 6.锅中,重新加入水1000克,姜3克,料酒30克,大火烧煮
  • 7.煮开后,关小火焖煮30分钟
  • 8.时间到,放入玉米段
  • 9.洒入盐,继续大火烧开
  • 10.烧开后,转小火焖10分钟,关火
  • 11.关火后,盛入碗中,即可上桌。
