贝类一般来说最肥美的春秋季节,这个时间应该不是最适合的季节,不过,看到市场卖的文蛤还是蛮可以的,不贵,5块钱一斤,就买了试试。虽然肉不够肥美,不过,味道倒是挺鲜美的,哈哈。

Steps to make 姜葱炒文蛤

  • 1.将文蛤用淡盐水浸泡,使它吐尽里面的泥沙,不过我买的还可以,比较干净。
  • 2.姜、葱、蒜、红椒切好。
  • 3.起油锅,爆香姜葱蒜豆豉。
  • 4.将文蛤下锅,煸炒一会儿。
  • 5.然后倒入清水稍煮一会。
  • 6.加入葱段,盐,一点点生抽,胡椒粉调味。
  • 7.成了,味道不错哦。
