  • 泡打粉1克
  • 低筯面粉30克
  • 黄油20克
  • 糖粉15克

Steps to make 红豆松饼

  • 1.先准备好酥粒材料;
  • 2.将黄油打发;
  • 3.加入糖粉,继续打发;
  • 4.分三次倒入鸡蛋液,拌匀;
  • 5.筛入低筯面粉,拌匀至没有粉粒;
  • 6.将面团分成2份;
  • 7.取一张油纸在下面,放入面团,再铺上一张油纸擀成圆形;
  • 8.抹上红豆馅;
  • 9.盖上另一张面饼,将边缘压紧;
  • 10.先散入蜜红豆、酥粒,再用刀切成四块;
  • 11.烤箱预热10分钟;
  • 12.上下火180度,再烤20分钟,即可。
