  • 1.鸭肉焯好水洗净备用。
  • 2.小米辣,独头蒜,生姜,大葱切好备用。

  • 6.倒入鸭肉翻炒片刻。
  • 7.放生抽,老抽,蚝油翻炒均匀。
  • 8.倒入半瓶啤酒,近没过鸭肉即可。
  • 9.放入一勺豆瓣酱,盖上锅盖中小火焖20分钟。
