  • 豆腐皮一张
  • 火锅料40克
  • 青菜100克
  • 海带丝100克
  • 红薯粉条250克

Steps to make 麻辣三文鱼肠粉

  • 1.珍妮珍馐三文鱼肠备用。
  • 2.鱼肠倾斜着切细条,切一半的深度就好不要切断。
  • 3.再竖着斜切细条。
  • 4.交错着就形成了菱形的花刀,切好4个备用。
  • 5.青菜淘洗干净,豆腐皮切丝、海带丝、切好的鱼肠备用。
  • 6.砂锅里倒入少许油放入葱段煸香。
  • 7.加入适量的温水。
  • 8.开锅后加入火锅料。
  • 9.倒入鱼肠。
  • 10.加入豆腐片、海带丝、红薯粉条。鱼肠遇热后就会自然的卷起形成漂亮的花朵。
  • 11.沸腾后粉条煮八分熟。
  • 12.加入青菜和少许盐关火,利用余热就可以烫熟。
  • 13.撒上花生碎和香葱,香喷喷的麻辣三文鱼肠粉就做好啦!
