Steps to make 豆豉烧鱼块

  • 1.胖头鱼鱼尾洗净;
  • 2.用料酒、盐、胡椒粉腌30分钟;姜切丝,葱切末,剥几个大蒜头待用;
  • 3.炒锅倒油烧热下入姜丝、鱼块煎制;
  • 4.一面煎好翻面继续煎,煎至焦黄;
  • 5.随后放三勺(中等大的勺子)豆豉、老抽、醋、糖、盐、八角、大蒜瓣;
  • 6.加刚好淹没鱼块的水,加盖烧10分钟;
  • 7.再揭开盖子烧到鱼汤浓稠时撒入葱花、调入少许味精即可。
