Steps to make 三羊开泰杯子蛋糕

  • 1.蛋黄与蛋白分开!
  • 2.放入白糖搅拌均匀!
  • 3.放入食用油搅拌均匀!
  • 4.倒入水搅拌均匀!
  • 5.筛入面粉搅拌均匀!
  • 6.蛋白里面放入白醋和糖!
  • 7.打发至硬性发泡为止!
  • 8.先把一半蛋白倒入蛋黄糊里面搅拌均匀!
  • 9.然后把蛋黄糊倒入蛋白里面!
  • 10.搅拌均匀!
  • 11.倒入纸杯模具里,八成满就可以了,烤箱预热170°中层2025分钟就可以!
  • 12.烤好之后放凉!
  • 13.黑白巧克力隔水融化然后挤出眼睛嘴巴和羊角!
  • 14.奶油打发九成装入带有裱花嘴的裱花袋里面!
  • 15.用奶油抹一层,鼓起来!
  • 16.最后用裱花嘴挤出羊头发然后贴上鼻子眼睛和羊角就可以了!
