金瓜奶油布丁

Steps to make 金瓜奶油布丁

  • 1.准备材料,
  • 2.金瓜从顶盖往下一点的地方切开,用勺子挖出内瓤,
  • 3.连同顶盖一起挖干净;
  • 4.奶锅里放入牛奶、淡奶油,半根香草荚直接掰碎扔锅里(时间长有点干),
  • 5.小火加热至即将沸腾时,离火;
  • 6.二个鸡蛋打散,放入白糖搅打至颜色发浅,
  • 7.倒入加热过的牛奶,边倒边搅拌;
  • 8.搅拌好的蛋液
  • 9.在蛋液中加入一滴香草精,
  • 10.放入百利甜酒,搅打均匀;
  • 11.蛋奶液过筛倒入金瓜里,表面的气泡用勺子舀出;
  • 12.金瓜盅连同金瓜的盖子一同放入蒸锅里,此时的蒸锅已提前烧开水,剩了一点蛋液分放在2个小碗里,用它来固定金瓜;
  • 13.中火蒸45分钟,金瓜里的布丁刚刚好;
  • 14.布丁非常软嫩
