红烧青竹鱼

Steps to make 红烧青竹鱼

  • 1.青竹鱼、姜、蒜洗净。
  • 2.青竹鱼切段,姜、蒜切末。
  • 3.用盐、料酒、一半的姜蒜末将鱼段腌半小时。
  • 4.锅中放油烧热,将腌制好的鱼块入锅中两面煎黄,起锅备用。
  • 5.锅中余下的油将豆瓣炒香,并加入花椒及剩下的姜蒜末,掺小半碗水煮开。
  • 6.加入煎好的鱼块,煮至收汁即可起锅。
