低油低糖吐司
我和女儿特别喜欢吃面包,我又比较喜欢烘焙,每隔两天就要做次面包,可吃多了又怕长肉肉,所以我平时的面包、蛋糕一般都尽量减少油量、糖量。这款吐司面包,虽然低油低糖,组织细腻,拉丝效果也不错,很是松软。爱吃面包但又怕长肉的亲们可以尝试一下哦。

  • 高筋面粉250克
  • 牛奶130克
  • 黄油10克
  • 10克
  • 2克
  • 酵母3克
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 低油低糖吐司

  • 1.面包桶内依次放入蛋液、牛奶、面粉,对角放盐、糖,中间放酵母,用面粉盖住,开始和面20分钟
  • 2.20分钟后放入黄油再次和面30分钟
  • 3.和成光滑的面团后进行发酵
  • 4.发好的面团
  • 5.取出排气后分成3份,盖上保鲜膜醒15分钟
  • 6.擀成椭圆形
  • 7.卷起
  • 8.压扁再擀成长条
  • 9.卷起
  • 10.放入模具,再次发酵
  • 11.发好的面包胚刷上蛋液
  • 12.烤箱预热,180度中下层烤35分钟,上色后盖上锡纸
