Steps to make 柠檬鸡

  • 1.一半子放入电压力锅里,加水,加葱段,姜片和盐。把它煮至熟透。
  • 2.柠檬一个。
  • 3.柠檬切成扇形小片。
  • 4.大蒜头和新鲜辣椒放入搅拌机里搅碎。
  • 5.锅里烧好热油,倒入大蒜粒和辣椒粒里,加入两勺酱油,一勺醋,少许鸡精和盐,芝麻油,红辣椒油。
  • 6.把北京大葱的葱白切成丝。
  • 7.把弄好的鸡捞出,放入事先提前准备好的一盆冰水里,这样做的目的是使鸡肉更紧致口感好。
  • 8.戴一次手套把鸡肉拆下来,倒事先调好的料汁,加柠檬片挤少许柠檬汁与大葱丝搅拌好,撒上葱花。简单开胃的大菜就可以上桌了。
