  • 海绵蛋糕2片
  • 打发奶油250克
  • 马斯卡彭奶酪250克
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 绿茶粉20克
  • 柠檬汁5克
  • 鱼胶粉15克
  • 60克
  • 牛奶100克

Steps to make 蔓越莓绿茶芝士蛋糕

  • 1.蛋糕是提前一晚做好的
  • 2.芝士材料
  • 3.蛋与30克糖放一起,用打蛋器拌均匀
  • 4.加进牛奶,放锅中边蒸继续拌
  • 5.加鱼胶粉拌至溶化均匀后放着待用
  • 6.另30克糖与奶油放在一起
  • 7.打至蓬松待用
  • 8.马斯卡彭奶酪与柠檬汁一起打发蓬松,加进牛奶蛋液打均匀
  • 9.加绿茶粉
  • 10.拌打均匀
  • 11.加进打发奶油
  • 12.所有糕体材料拌打均匀后加进蔓越莓,翻拌均匀用
  • 13.取8寸活底模一个,抹点黄油,放一块蛋糕片
  • 14.倒入蔓越莓芝士材料再放一片蛋糕片
  • 15.把余下的芝士材料倒在里面,抹平,放入冰箱冷藏4小时以上
  • 16.镜面(牛奶 150克,鱼胶粉 12克,糖 35克)全放一小锅内,小火煮沸,关火,晾至常温
  • 17.把牛奶液倒在蛋糕上,再置冰箱冰至凝固,形成镜面后取出,用电吹风沿蛋糕盘围稍吹一下
  • 18.蛋糕脱模切件,加放个人喜爱的水果片在蛋糕上,撒上用果汁泡软的蔓越莓,即可食用
  • 19.也可把蛋糕切小件,随意摆放水果片与用果汁泡软的蔓越莓
