初级版裱花蛋糕杯
裱花蛋糕,用海绵蛋糕或者戚风蛋糕做底都可以,不用担心蛋糕体会塌陷。这是我第一次做奶油裱花,虽然失败,但毕竟是认真学习制作的第一款。

Steps to make 初级版裱花蛋糕杯

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.鸡蛋中加入糖粉
  • 3.因为全蛋液不易打发,要坐在温水盆中中速打发,
  • 4.开始打的时候回出现大量泡泡,最后变成细腻的泡泡
  • 5.打到提起打蛋器,液体不易滴落即可
  • 6.分次筛入低粉
  • 7.上下翻拌,
  • 8.取一部分加入植物油中,翻拌均匀
  • 9.然后倒回全蛋液中,继续快速翻拌均匀
  • 10.准备好纸杯模具
  • 11.蛋液放入裱花袋中,再挤入纸杯中,比较干净,
  • 12.加7、8分满即可
  • 13.准备淡奶油,加适量糖粉打发
  • 14.烤箱预热
  • 15.这次做的组织有一些粗,自己分析了一下,应该是面粉搅拌的不均匀导致的
  • 16.打发好的奶油放入裱花袋中,选择喜欢的裱花嘴,开始操作吧。
  • 17.奶油有一些化了,所以造型难看,而且不喜欢用色素,所以只能维持白色的
