这两天的文艺版面相信最虐单身狗的新闻不过于“宋慧乔与宋仲基”宣布即将结婚的消息了,又让许多人想起了早前流行的韩剧韩国-【太阳的后裔】;哈哈:对于我老太婆来说,并不关心八卦,喜欢的是韩剧中的各种美食。
看过韩剧的人都知道,在韩国除了泡菜、烤肉外,镜头出现最多的估计就是炸酱面和糖醋肉了;而且这二道美食跟咱中国的:老北京炸酱面、东北的锅包肉及南方的糖醋里脊都非常相似,且在韩国中华料理所占据的地位也是不容小觑的,都是具有超高人气的韩国美食!
而中国人去韩国料理馆每每吃这道~糖醋肉的时候也多了分亲切和乡情;此菜是香辣适中、酸甜开胃,就连小朋友看到了也是爱不释手;想吃韩国糖醋肉何必辛苦去韩国,只要有了它们,其实在家也可以轻做出韩国风味的糖醋肉,也许并不正宗,但味道确实赞了,不信亲也试试~~~

  • 鸡脯肉238克
  • 韩式糖醋辣酱90克
  • 姜丝少许
  • 食盐1/2小勺

Steps to make 韩式糖醋肉

  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.鸡脯肉洗净后切粗条
  • 3.加姜丝、料酒和食盐
  • 4.抓匀后腌制30分钟左右
  • 5.准备好酥香炸粉糊
  • 6.将腌好的鸡柳放入炸粉糊中裹一圈
  • 7.放至7成热的油锅中
  • 8.炸制表面金黄后捞出沥油
  • 9.另起锅,加热后放油,再倒入韩式糖醋辣酱
  • 10.炒匀后倒入炸好的鸡柳
  • 11.快速翻炒,待鸡柳上均匀裹上糖醋酱后即可关火
  • 12.盛入盘中撒点葱花
