Steps to make 芋头扣肉

  • 1.菜干用清水泡半小时,拽干水分切粒,干辣椒 蒜切粒。
  • 2.芋头去皮洗净切片,用少许酱油、盐腌30分钟。
  • 3.锅中加水烧开加少许料酒放五花肉煮30分钟。
  • 4.捞出晾凉抹少许酱油上色。
  • 5.热锅放油放入五花肉 肉皮朝下煎至皮起泡。
  • 6.夹出晾凉。
  • 7.将肉均匀切成片。
  • 8.肉皮朝下将肉码在盘子里。
  • 9.热锅热油放干辣椒、蒜粒爆香。
  • 10.倒入菜干粒翻炒一会,
  • 11.调入少许酱油 料酒 糖 醋炒匀再加点水煮一会。
  • 12.把一半菜干铺在肉上面。
  • 13.接着铺上芋头片。
  • 14.最后再把另一半菜干铺在芋头上。
  • 15.另起一锅加水烧开把肉放进去蒸1小时。
  • 16.蒸好的肉倒出汤汁到锅里。
  • 17.取一个盘子把肉倒扣出来。
  • 18.汤汁烧开倒入水淀粉勾芡。
  • 19.把汤汁浇到肉上即可。
