这款蛋糕真是名不虚传,非常的细腻好吃,我用的不粘锅烤盘烘烤的,底层就像图片那样鲜黄娇嫩,非常惹人喜爱,一块蛋糕很快就被一家三口消灭掉,这款蛋糕已经属于我的家庭食谱中的一项了。

  • 细砂糖40g
  • 玉米油50g
  • 低筋面粉50g
  • 牛奶50g
  • 白醋几滴
  • 1g

Steps to make 棉花蛋糕

  • 1.鸡蛋四个,三个蛋清放一起,三个蛋黄与一个全蛋混合。
  • 2.三个蛋黄与一个全蛋液搅打混合后加入牛奶拌匀。
  • 3.玉米油倒入小奶锅加热到沸腾后关火。
  • 4.倒入面粉搅拌均匀成烫面团,要搅拌顺滑。
  • 5.倒入搅拌好的蛋黄液加入盐再打成糊。
  • 6.蛋白用打蛋器达到湿性泡沫(提起打蛋器蛋白尖角微垂就可以)
  • 7.取三分之一蛋白糊放入拌好的蛋黄面糊中。搅拌均匀。
  • 8.倒回剩余的蛋白糊中。拌均匀。
  • 9.倒入不粘锅烤盘内,震出大气泡。
  • 10.大烤盘注热水,放入小烤盘,水浴法烘烤先是170度10分钟,转150度50分钟。
  • 11.时间到出炉倒扣。
