炼奶泡芙
玩烘焙时间马上快2年时间了,一直想尝试做泡芙,因为害怕失败终不敢下手。
之前给家里打电话嫂子经常说侄儿经常念叨想吃我做的蛋糕或面包,因为距离太远,也无法让他尝尝姑姑的手艺,去年春节回老家,因为家里没有烤箱工具和材料,也没找到机会做给他尝尝。
暑假过后来家里玩,马上快半个月了,因为天气炎热一直不想动烤箱,这周小朋友要考试,那也不能去,于是开着空调在家里折腾西点让小子尝尝姑姑的手艺。

Steps to make 炼奶泡芙

  • 1.细砂糖、盐、油、水全部装入可加热的碗中,放煤气灶上小火加热,加热时不停搅拌
  • 2.煮沸后,加入全部面粉,搅拌成团,关火
  • 3.等面团温度降至不烫手时,加入鸡蛋1个
  • 4.用打蛋器拌均匀,再加入第2个鸡蛋,继续搅拌均匀
  • 5.面糊装入裱花袋中
  • 6.均匀挤在烤盘上,放入预热好的烤箱中,200度上下火,中层烤30分钟
  • 7.泡芙烤好后,从烤箱中拿出来放凉,用蛋糕刀从中间切开,挤入炼奶可以食用
