牛腩腐竹汤

Steps to make 牛腩腐竹汤

  • 1.牛腩切块,大火烧开倒入牛腩过滤一遍捞出备用。
  • 2.腐竹提前浸泡一下。牛腩沥干水分备用。
  • 3.油豆腐洗干净撕开备用。
  • 4.冰糖入锅,小火慢慢融化倒入牛腩八角生姜片,煸炒至红褐色。
  • 5.将牛腩倒入高压锅,加入适量清水,大火炖25分钟。晚上为了节约时间,所以用了高压锅。不赶时间的话,可以用不粘锅炖一个半小时。
  • 6.将牛腩带汤汁一起倒入不粘锅,将腐竹加入一起炖一会。
  • 7.加入油豆腐。
  • 8.加入一勺盐。
  • 9.大火炖3分钟即可。
  • 10.装入碗中,成品图来一张。
