  • 1.把除小茴香、葱花以外的所有材料放入盆中加入适量温水揉揉饧发,面团要揉到比较软但不粘手的程度
  • 2.饧发后的面团撒入小茴香,抹上油
  • 3.揉滋润
  • 4.待二次饧发撒入葱花揉滋润
  • 5.擀成长条,抹上一层油
  • 6.切条
  • 7.两根摞一块,两头捏紧扭一下
  • 8.下入油锅
  • 9.中途不停的翻翻
  • 10.捞出控油
  • 11.配上一杯热豆浆,美味
