南瓜椰蓉吐司

  • 高筋面粉300g
  • 白砂糖30g
  • 纯牛奶150ml
  • 干酵母4g
  • 无盐黄油20g
  • 南瓜泥30g
  • 椰蓉30g
  • 黄油15g
  • 鸡蛋15g
  • 细砂糖15g

Steps to make 南瓜椰蓉吐司

  • 1.所有材料称量好,除黄油外倒入面包机。
  • 2.选择发面工作档和面20分钟。
  • 3.将黄油放入,继续执行完揉面;待面包机完成和面程序休息间,可检查面团是否揉到扩展阶段。
  • 4.第一次发酵到原来的2倍大,用手轻轻将面团挤压排除气泡。
  • 5.取出面团分成所需要的份数;滚圆,进行15分钟中间发酵。
  • 6.黄油软化后,加入细砂糖和打散的鸡蛋液,再倒入椰蓉拌匀。
  • 7.用手将椰蓉和黄油揉匀即成椰蓉馅。
  • 8.将面团分别擀开成长条,铺上椰蓉馅,由上而下紧密卷起,收口处捏紧。
  • 9.面团整形搓成长条形,纵向从中间切开,扭成8字形,两端捏紧。
  • 10.吐司盒四壁抹上黄油,生坯收口在下放入吐司模中室温下进行最后发酵。
  • 11.发酵至8分满的吐司坯刷上鸡蛋液。
  • 12.烤箱提前预热,180°、下层、30分钟烤制面包上色即可出炉,取出放凉脱模。
