  • 酱油5g
  • 香菜40g

Steps to make 京味儿烤羊肉

  • 1.准备好食材:羊肉、香菜、鱼露、香油、酱油、腐乳汁、葱、姜。(这脑子,香油和酱油又忘了拍进去。)
  • 2.羊肉切片、葱切眉毛葱、姜切末、香菜取梗切寸断。
  • 3.分别放入腐乳汁、鱼露、酱油、香油,每放完一种调料都要用手抓匀。
  • 4.最后把姜末放进去也用手抓匀。
  • 5.抓匀以后腌制五分钟
  • 6.炒锅烧热放10克玉米油
  • 7.下入腌制好的羊肉用筷子扒拉散开
  • 8.待羊肉变色就加入葱扒拉几下
  • 9.最后加入香菜梗
  • 10.翻匀即可出锅装盘开吃!
