  • 番茄酱30克
  • 六根
  • 一块
  • 料酒三茶匙
  • 半茶匙
  • 鸡粉少许
  • 两茶匙
  • 香醋一茶匙

Steps to make 糖醋鲤鱼

  • 1.准备食材,洗净备用
  • 2.鲤鱼两面每隔三厘米左右划一刀
  • 3.加入三分之一茶匙盐,少许胡椒粉,两茶匙料酒,姜丝,葱段拌匀腌制十分钟
  • 4.剩下的葱姜切末
  • 5.腌制好的鱼均匀的抹上生粉(这步忘记拍照片了,请见谅)
  • 6.起油锅倒入适量油烧至七成热下鱼炸制
  • 7.炸制金黄熟透(炸制过程需要翻身)
  • 8.捞出控油摆盘备用
  • 9.锅里留少许底油下姜末爆香
  • 10.加入番茄酱炒香
  • 11.加入一小碗清水,放入两茶匙白糖,三分之一茶匙盐和少许鸡粉,一茶匙香醋调味大火烧开
  • 12.煮至汤汁浓稠用少许生粉调成水欠勾欠即可
  • 13.将烧好的调味汁浇在鱼上,撒上葱花即可
