墨鱼仔烧豆腐

Steps to make 墨鱼仔烧豆腐

  • 1.老豆腐洗净,切成厚约5mm的片。
  • 2.平底锅烧热,倒适量油,放入豆腐片煎至两面金黄。
  • 3.将煎好的豆腐片切刀切成小片备用。
  • 4.将冷冻墨鱼仔处理干净,控水备用。
  • 5.将调料准备好。
  • 6.用2汤匙蚝油,2汤匙生抽和80ml水调成碗汁。
  • 7.锅中倒适量油,倒入调料炒出香味。
  • 8.倒入墨鱼仔翻炒。
  • 9.等墨鱼仔打卷了,再倒入豆腐和碗汁。
  • 10.烧8分钟左右至汤汁收干。
