药膳驴肉火锅

我做的这个火锅汤底用的都是清补的材料,煲好的汤就这样喝也行的,你要是不喜欢的话,可用那些八角、香叶、草果等等之类的香料。

Steps to make 药膳驴肉火锅

  • 1.驴肉切大块
  • 2.党参、玉竹
  • 3.各式肉丸,鲜虾、饺子、鲜无花果、马蹄、红枣
  • 4.西洋菜、菠菜、香菜
  • 5.粉条、淮山、玉米
  • 6.驴肉用开水把血水煮出,捞起
  • 7.用油热锅,爆姜片,把出过水的驴肉投入爆炒一下
  • 8.另取一汤锅加入适量的水和史云生原汁上汤煲开
  • 9.在汤中先下党参、玉竹,中火煲2小时左右
  • 10.把驴肉煲至软熟
  • 11.取一火锅用的锅,倒入煲好的驴肉和汤,开火,这时才加入汤底配料中的鲜无花果、马蹄、红枣先10 分钟左右
  • 12.现在可以开动了,放进你爱吃的食材,涮吧
