Steps to make 胡萝卜焖饭

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.胡萝卜去皮切丝;圆白菜切小块;
  • 3.五花肉切小薄片;葱切末;
  • 4.小铸铁锅少许油烧热,大米淘洗后倒入锅中翻炒到略微要变焦黄;
  • 5.加水两杯烧开,加盖转小火焖饭;(约15分钟)
  • 6.焖饭的同时,热炒锅,加少许油入五花肉煸出油至焦黄;
  • 7.加入胡萝卜丝和白菜炒软,加盐调味;
  • 8.饭焖干水分后,把炒好的胡萝卜圆白菜铺在饭上,洒上葱花,加盖再焖10分钟;
  • 9.最后把饭菜拌均匀即可。
