奶酪饼干
每次奶油芝士都是做重芝士蛋糕,都吃腻了,这次搜了个方子,试试看饼干,味道超级香浓的哟。

  • 奶油芝士125克
  • 蛋黄一个
  • 70克
  • 黄油110克
  • 低筋面粉240克

Steps to make 奶酪饼干

  • 1.奶酪,黄油软化,加细砂糖搅打至顺滑。
  • 2.加入蛋液,打匀。
  • 3. 筛入低粉,切拌均匀。
  • 4.揉成一个面团备用。
  • 5.将面团擀开成厚约8MM的片状,将多余的边边角角切掉
  • 6.用筷子随机戳出小孔状,再用粗吸管随意戳出大孔状后切成长方块。
  • 7.再斜对角切开成三角状,完成饼干生坯,送入预热好175℃的烤箱中层,上下火,15-20分钟
