Steps to make 自己包皮蛋

  • 1.将准备好的红茶包(黑茶、白茶、花茶或者白水也可以),倒入开水泡茶备用,至水冷却。
  • 2.将皮蛋粉倒入容器内(瓷器或者玻璃器皿最好,不要用塑料容器)放少许盐搅拌均匀后加入晾凉的茶水,搅拌均匀后,放置15分钟后,重新搅拌至糊状。
  • 3.将准备好的生鸭蛋放入容器内裹上皮蛋糊,直至全部裹上糊为止。
  • 4.将裹好的蛋放入密封容器内,密封罐或者坛,或者密封塑料袋内,放一个月就可以吃啦~(建议放皮蛋熟后通风放一周,口感更好噢~)
