Steps to make 铁板鱿鱼

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.鱿鱼处理好去皮切条;
  • 3.将鱿鱼在开水中焯2秒捞出沥干,加半匙辣椒酱、半匙生抽、料酒、鱼露少许拌匀腌10分钟;
  • 4.洋葱切丝;青、红椒切圈;辣椒切小圈;葱切末;
  • 5.铁板加油烧热,倒入鱿鱼煎熟;
  • 6.加洋葱、青、红椒和辣椒;
  • 7.海鲜酱、蚝油、生抽半匙、辣椒酱半匙拌匀,加少许水调成汁,倒在鱿鱼上,拌匀;
  • 8.最后洒上白芝麻、少许孜然粒,再洒上葱花即可。
