辣白菜芝士焗饭
姜食堂里的辣白菜芝士炒饭,我用烤箱做成了焗饭。这小小的烤盘做的一人份焗饭,吃起来相当满足。也可以像姜食堂里,把拌好的米饭铺在锅底,上面撒芝士,然后盖上锅盖,开火焖到奶酪融化,因为有烟火的味道,所以更好吃。

  • 白糖1小匙
  • 韩式辣椒面1大匙
  • 玉米油1大匙
  • 酱油1大匙

Steps to make 辣白菜芝士焗饭

  • 1.准备米饭一碗。。
  • 2.干净无水的锅中放入油和葱,用冷油炒葱,开火翻炒到油热,不要把葱炒糊。
  • 3.待油炒到出现密密的小气泡,就可以加入辣白菜炒出香味。
  • 4.加入白糖、酱油翻炒几下,再加入辣椒面翻炒均匀,辣椒面不要炒糊,关火。
  • 5.把辣白菜和米饭拌匀。
  • 6.放入焗饭盘中把米饭压实,撒上玉米粒,上面铺一层奶酪。烤箱200度预热,10-12分钟。
