自制山楂果酱
当下时节,山楂大量上市,周边的同事开始晒着山楂美食,红彤彤的山楂,很喜人,又酸又甜,山楂果酱,还是第一次制作,查阅了一下参考食谱,开始制作。

Steps to make 自制山楂果酱

  • 1.挑选优质的山楂用少许的食盐浸泡清洗干净,备用;
  • 2.将山楂的两头去除掉;
  • 3.先将山楂对切,去除核,然后再等切成四瓣;依照此法,将所有的山楂处理完毕;
  • 4.将锅中放入清水,倒入冰糖,中小火,将冰糖完全融化;
  • 5.同时,采用不锈钢锅,将果酱瓶煮沸30分钟,捞出沥干水备用;
  • 6.待铜锅中冰糖完全融化后,将山楂丁,倒入锅中,先大火熬,不断用勺子搅拌;
  • 7.待煮沸,去除上浮的气泡涩汁;
  • 8.然后转小火慢熬,直到果肉煮至软烂后关火;
  • 9.用手持式料理棒,将果肉打碎;
  • 10.然后再开火,稍微煮沸一下,关火;
  • 11.将果酱装进瓶内,盖紧瓶盖后趁热倒扣,倒扣30分钟后洗净瓶身,置于室温3~7天再放进冰箱中冷藏。
