泡椒猪蹄
猪蹄一般都有油腻的感觉,所以女儿不太喜欢我用来炖汤,不过,炖熟后用来做蒜泥口味的,她很喜欢,这次用泡椒水里泡泡,有点儿微辣,特别爽口弹牙,喜欢泡椒味道,不可错过哦。
姜2片、小葱2根、料酒1汤匙、凉拌生抽1汤匙、香醋1汤匙、白醋1汤匙、泡椒30克、花椒5克、蒜泥20克、精盐半茶匙

Steps to make 泡椒猪蹄

  • 1.猪蹄剁好,洗净。
  • 2.入锅加入姜葱烧开清水,焯水。
  • 3.焯水后,用温水洗净,再入高压锅,加少许盐,压20分钟。
  • 4.备好蒜泥,和泡椒,取几只泡椒切碎。
  • 5.黄瓜切小块。
  • 6.调料碗里加入蒜泥,泡椒末,加入香醋,生抽拌匀。
  • 7.锅里加入泡椒、花椒,烧开。
  • 8.加入高压锅压过的猪蹄,煮开,关火。
  • 9.装入碗中,连汤一起,泡1、2小时,或放冰箱更长时间。
  • 10.或者锅中捞出猪蹄用拌好的调料拌匀即可享受。
