要过六一啦,做点水果果冻给俺家小宝贝吃,省得他看到别人吃过的眼馋。自己做的还是放心很多的。”

Steps to make 牛奶水果冻

  • 1.吉利丁片提前20分钟用冰水浸泡,泡软后备用。
  • 2.纯牛奶加糖小火煮到60度。
  • 3.加入奶粉搅拌到奶粉完全融化。离火。
  • 4.放入泡软的吉利丁片。注意此时牛奶的温度应该在50度左右,千万不要让牛奶的温度过高,高于60度则会影响吉利丁片的凝固作用。
  • 5.搅拌到吉利丁片完全融化,成为果冻奶液。
  • 6.火龙果和芒果切小丁,也可以换成自己喜欢的水果,但不要用太硬的水果以免影响口感。
  • 7.水果丁放入模具里。
  • 8.倒入果冻奶液,送入冰箱冷藏两小时以上。
  • 9.凝固后脱模即可。
