淡奶油吐司超级柔软,但吃多了容易起腻,于是我将蔓越莓干放了一些在里面,这样酸酸甜甜的口感,再加上浓重的奶香,真是好吃又营养。

  • 蔓越莓干100克

  • 1.全部材料准备好
  • 2.面粉、淡奶油、砂糖、鸡蛋入面包桶中,启动面包机揉面程序
  • 3.将蔓越莓切成碎
  • 4.酵母入碗中,用温水化开
  • 5.将面团揉得很柔软时,将化开的酵母入面包桶中,继续启动揉面程序
  • 6.用手能撑出这种薄薄的膜来
  • 7.将蔓越莓碎投入桶中,继续揉5分钟左右
  • 8.待蔓越莓碎能均匀地分布在面团内时,可将搅拌棒取出,并用手略微整形,使蔓越莓干不露在面团表面;并启动“发酵、烘烤”程序
  • 9.大吐司做好啦
  • 10.将吐司从桶中扣出,晾架上晾凉
  • 11.样子还挺周正
  • 12.切片好柔软
